ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ, 22 ਦਸੰਬਰ (ਸੁਮਨਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ)-ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਉਪ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਨਜੀਬ ਜੰਗ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਅਹੁਦੇ ਤੋਂ ਅੱਜ ਅਸਤੀਫ਼ਾ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਅਸਤੀਫ਼ਾ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਨਜੀਬ ਜੰਗ ਨੇ ਅਸਤੀਫ਼ੇ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਵੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਜੰਗ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਅਸਤੀਫਾ ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੀ ਜਨਤਾ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਤੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਲਈ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ। ਦਰਅਸਲ ਨਜੀਬ ਜੰਗ ਨੇ ਜੁਲਾਈ 2013 ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਉਪ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਦਾ ਅਹੁਦਾ ਸੰਭਾਲਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਜੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਲ ਦਾ ਡੇਢ ਸਾਲ ਬਾਕੀ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਨਜੀਬ ਜੰਗ ਫਿਰ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿਚ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਜ਼ਿਕਰੇਖ਼ਾਸ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੰਗ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਜਾਮੀ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਇਸਲਾਮੀਆ ਦੇ ਚਾਂਸਲਰ ਵੀ ਰਹਿ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ। ਨਜੀਬ ਜੰਗ ਦੇ ਅਸਤੀਫ਼ਾ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਕਈ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਕ ਬਿਆਨਬਾਜ਼ੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਦੌਰ ਵੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਨੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ 'ਤੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਸਾਧਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਤਾਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਵਜ੍ਹਾ ਨਾਲ ਜੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਅਸਤੀਫਾ ਦੇਣਾ ਪਿਆ। ਉਧਰ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਕਪਿਲ ਮਿਸ਼ਰਾ ਨੇ ਨਜੀਬ ਜੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਲਈ ਸ਼ੁਭਕਾਮਨਾਵਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੰਗ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀ ਜੰਗ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਹੇਗੀ। ਅਸਤੀਫ਼ੇ ਤੋਂ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਹਾਂ-ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਉਪ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਨਜੀਬ ਜੰਗ ਦੇ ਅਸਤੀਫ਼ੇ ਨੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਟਵੀਟ 'ਚ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਜੰਗ ਦੇ ਅਸਤੀਫ਼ੇ ਤੋਂ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਲਈ ਸ਼ੁੱਭ-ਕਾਮਨਾਵਾਂ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ 'ਆਪ' ਨੇ ਵਿਅੰਗ ਕੱਸਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਪ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਨੇ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਹੇਠ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ। ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਸੋਦੀਆ ਨੇ ਜੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਫੋਨ 'ਤੇ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਲਈ ਸ਼ੁੱਭਕਾਮਨਾਵਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ। ਉਪ-ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੰਗ ਨੇ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਥਕਾਵਟ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਲਈ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਸਿਸੋਦੀਆ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਪ-ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਸਿਹਤ, ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ 'ਚ ਇਕੱਠਿਆਂ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ। ਸਿਸੋਦੀਆ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਖੱਟੇ-ਮਿੱਠੇ ਤਜਰਬਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਉਹ ਆਖ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਨਜੀਬ ਜੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਅਸੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਲਈ ਵਧੀਆ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ। ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਨੇ ਜੰਗ ਦੇ ਅਸਤੀਫ਼ੇ ਨੂੰ ਅਸਨਮਾਨਜਨਕ ਵਿਦਾਈ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਨੇ ਉਪ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਨਜੀਬ ਜੰਗ ਦੇ ਅਸਤੀਫ਼ੇ ਨੂੰ ਅਸਨਮਾਨਜਨਕ ਵਿਦਾਈ ਦੱਸਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਜਨਤਕ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਤਿਆਗ ਪੱਤਰ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨਾਲ ਕੀ ਡੀਲ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਜੰਗ ਦੇ ਅਸਤੀਫ਼ੇ ਦੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਕਾਹਲੀ 'ਚ ਬੁਲਾਏ ਗਏ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰ ਸੰਮੇਲਨ 'ਚ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਅਜੈ ਮਾਕਨ ਨੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਆਗਾਹ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਉਹ ਉਪ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਦੇ ਅਹੁਦੇ 'ਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਕਠਪੁਤਲੀ ਜਾਂ ਆਰ. ਐਸ. ਐਸ. ਦੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੇਗੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਜ਼ਬਰਦਸਤ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। - See more at: http://beta.ajitjalandhar.com/#sthash.s9BrdSl6.AtMbZYu9.dpuf
ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ, 22 ਦਸੰਬਰ (ਸੁਮਨਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ)-ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਉਪ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਨਜੀਬ ਜੰਗ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਅਹੁਦੇ ਤੋਂ ਅੱਜ ਅਸਤੀਫ਼ਾ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਅਸਤੀਫ਼ਾ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਨਜੀਬ ਜੰਗ ਨੇ ਅਸਤੀਫ਼ੇ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਵੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਜੰਗ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਅਸਤੀਫਾ ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੀ ਜਨਤਾ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਤੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਲਈ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ। ਦਰਅਸਲ ਨਜੀਬ ਜੰਗ ਨੇ ਜੁਲਾਈ 2013 ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਉਪ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਦਾ ਅਹੁਦਾ ਸੰਭਾਲਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਜੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਲ ਦਾ ਡੇਢ ਸਾਲ ਬਾਕੀ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਨਜੀਬ ਜੰਗ ਫਿਰ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿਚ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਜ਼ਿਕਰੇਖ਼ਾਸ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੰਗ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਜਾਮੀ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਇਸਲਾਮੀਆ ਦੇ ਚਾਂਸਲਰ ਵੀ ਰਹਿ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ। ਨਜੀਬ ਜੰਗ ਦੇ ਅਸਤੀਫ਼ਾ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਕਈ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਕ ਬਿਆਨਬਾਜ਼ੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਦੌਰ ਵੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਨੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ 'ਤੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਸਾਧਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਤਾਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਵਜ੍ਹਾ ਨਾਲ ਜੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਅਸਤੀਫਾ ਦੇਣਾ ਪਿਆ। ਉਧਰ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਕਪਿਲ ਮਿਸ਼ਰਾ ਨੇ ਨਜੀਬ ਜੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਲਈ ਸ਼ੁਭਕਾਮਨਾਵਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੰਗ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀ ਜੰਗ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਹੇਗੀ। ਅਸਤੀਫ਼ੇ ਤੋਂ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਹਾਂ-ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਉਪ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਨਜੀਬ ਜੰਗ ਦੇ ਅਸਤੀਫ਼ੇ ਨੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਟਵੀਟ 'ਚ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਜੰਗ ਦੇ ਅਸਤੀਫ਼ੇ ਤੋਂ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਲਈ ਸ਼ੁੱਭ-ਕਾਮਨਾਵਾਂ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ 'ਆਪ' ਨੇ ਵਿਅੰਗ ਕੱਸਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਪ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਨੇ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਹੇਠ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ। ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਸੋਦੀਆ ਨੇ ਜੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਫੋਨ 'ਤੇ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਲਈ ਸ਼ੁੱਭਕਾਮਨਾਵਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ। ਉਪ-ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੰਗ ਨੇ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਥਕਾਵਟ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਲਈ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਸਿਸੋਦੀਆ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਪ-ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਸਿਹਤ, ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ 'ਚ ਇਕੱਠਿਆਂ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ। ਸਿਸੋਦੀਆ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਖੱਟੇ-ਮਿੱਠੇ ਤਜਰਬਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਉਹ ਆਖ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਨਜੀਬ ਜੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਅਸੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਲਈ ਵਧੀਆ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ। ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਨੇ ਜੰਗ ਦੇ ਅਸਤੀਫ਼ੇ ਨੂੰ ਅਸਨਮਾਨਜਨਕ ਵਿਦਾਈ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਨੇ ਉਪ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਨਜੀਬ ਜੰਗ ਦੇ ਅਸਤੀਫ਼ੇ ਨੂੰ ਅਸਨਮਾਨਜਨਕ ਵਿਦਾਈ ਦੱਸਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਜਨਤਕ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਤਿਆਗ ਪੱਤਰ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨਾਲ ਕੀ ਡੀਲ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਜੰਗ ਦੇ ਅਸਤੀਫ਼ੇ ਦੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਕਾਹਲੀ 'ਚ ਬੁਲਾਏ ਗਏ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰ ਸੰਮੇਲਨ 'ਚ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਅਜੈ ਮਾਕਨ ਨੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਆਗਾਹ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਉਹ ਉਪ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਦੇ ਅਹੁਦੇ 'ਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਕਠਪੁਤਲੀ ਜਾਂ ਆਰ. ਐਸ. ਐਸ. ਦੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੇਗੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਜ਼ਬਰਦਸਤ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। - See more at: http://beta.ajitjalandhar.com/#sthash.s9BrdSl6.AtMbZYu9.dpuf

ਖੰਨਾ, 19 ਦਸੰਬਰ (ਪਰਮਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਧੀਮਾਨ) : ਅੱਜ ਖੰਨਾ-ਨਵਾਂ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਹਾਈਵੇ 'ਤੇ ਅਫਸ਼ਰਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਤੋਂ ਤੰਗ ਆਏ ਖੰਨਾ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦੇ ਸ਼ੈਲਰ ਮਾਲਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਟਰੱਕ ਡਰਾਇਵਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਲੇਬਰ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਮ ਲਗਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਸ਼ੈਲਰਾਂ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਵੇਅਰ ਹਾਊਸ ਦੇ ਅਫਸਰਾਂ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਜੰਮ ਕੇ ਨਾਅਰੇਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਕੀਤੀ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ 'ਤੇ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਸ਼ੈਲਰ ਐਸੋ. ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਗੁਰਦਿਆਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਿਆਲੀ, ਭਾਜਪਾ ਆਗੂ ਰਾਜੇਸ਼ ਡਾਲੀ, ਆੜ੍ਹਤੀ ਐਸੋ. ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸੁਖਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੀਮਾ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਖੰਨਾ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਏਸ਼ੀਆ ਦੀ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਅਨਾਜ ਮੰਡੀ ਹੋਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਥੇ ਸ਼ੈਲਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ 58 ਹੈ। ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਹੀ ਹਜਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਾਦਾਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਟਰੱਕ ਸ਼ੈਲਰਾਂ 'ਚੋਂ ਚਾਵਲ ਭਰ ਕੇ ਵੇਅਰਹਾਊਸ ਦੇ ਗੋਦਾਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਵੇਅਰ ਹਾਊਸ ਦੇ ਭ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟ ਅਫਸਰ ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਖਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਜੰਗ ਸਿੰਘ, ਰਘਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਮਪਾਲ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ਰੇਆਮ ਰਿਸ਼ਵਤ ਮੰਗਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਕਤ ਅਫਸਰ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਟਰੱਕ ਇੱਕ ਹਜਾਰ ਰੁਪਏ ਅਤੇ 50 ਕਿੱਲੋ ਚਾਵਲ ਮੰਗਦੇ ਹਨ। ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਮਨਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਸਿੱਧੇ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਸ਼ੈਲਰ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਤਕਰੀਬਨ ਦੋ ਘੰਟੇ ਸੜਕ ਜਾਮ ਕੀਤੀ, ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਰਾਹਗੀਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਖਾਸ ਕਰ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਕਤ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਿਆ। ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਦੇ ਉੱਚ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਆ ਕੇ ਜਾਮ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹਵਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਵੇਅਰ ਹਾਊਸ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਕਰਵਾਈ। ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਮੰਨ ਲਈਆਂ। ਸ਼ੈਲਰ ਮਾਲਕਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਰਿਸ਼ਵਤ ਮੰਗਣ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕਰਮ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਜਦੋਂ ਵੇਅਰ ਹਾਊਸ ਦੇ ਉਕਤ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਫੋਨ ਤੇ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਤਾਂ ਮੈਨੇਜਰ ਜੰਗ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਕੋਈ ਗੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਹੀ ਚਾਵਲ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਾਂ, ਸ਼ੈਲਰਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਗਲਤੀਆਂ ਛੁਪਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਸਾਡੇ 'ਤੇ ਝੂਠੇ ਇਲਜ਼ਾਮ ਲਗਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
